Never say these 5 words, ever. again.

August 28, 2017

"So what CAN I eat?"

This must be the most common phrase that I hear in my day-to-day life as a nutritionist and natural healthcare practitioner.

And honey, I hear you.

You've just come away from a doctor's appointment or a meeting with your naturopath, and they've dropped the bombshell on you:

You're celiac.  Gluten-intolerant. Dairy-intolerant.  Maybe you can't have sugar anymore.  Or coffee.

And the room starts to spin just a little bit as you go through your daily meals and realize just how much of your diet revolves around this exact food which is suddenly forbidden.  Your appointment is almost up and you desperately plea, "So what CAN I eat?"

"Oh just Google some recipes".

I can't tell you how many times people have relayed this exact scenario to me.  Sometimes the NDs send their patients my way, but more often than not you feel left to flounder and try and make massive changes alone.  As well as continuing to work and look after kids and manage the household.  Yikes.

Well I am here to say that you never need utter those five fatal words again.

I gotcha.

After years of working with people with various food intolerances, blood sugar imbalances, sleep and energy issues, and other various health issues, it has become glaringly apparent that despite our ability to access millions of recipes and food plans, people still don't know what to eat.

Let me take that problem off your plate, so to speak.

Enter Taste Success.

My new online meal planning program is designed to set you up with all the tools you need to make sustainable, nourishing changes to your diet that you can keep up, like, for good.

They key is in the accountability.  I can't tell you how many times I've downloaded free recipes or meal plans, only to never do them.  You too?  Keep reading.

With Taste Success, not only do you get weekly shopping lists, meal plans, and an amazing recipe book, but we also check up on you every two weeks.  You send in progress reports, which our qualified healthcare practitioners (currently just me haha) will review.  Got questions? Concerns?  Email us.

Weekly emails are designed to give you insight into the way your body works, into why we've chosen the foods that are on the menu, into how stress and relaxation can affect your weight and your health.  Tips on how to sidestep sugar cravings.  How to improve digestive issues. You get the idea!

The support makes "falling off the wagon" a lot more difficult!  Of course you may stumble - you wouldn't be human if you didn't.  But I promise I will be right beside you to help you back up.  No guilt, no shame.  Just a helping hand.

If this sounds like something you are interested in, please sign up for my email newsletter to be the first in line.  This amazing program is due to hit the inter-web mid-Sept.  I would be really stoked to have you join me (yah - that's right - I'm going to do the program along with the first sign-ups!).

And if you have friends or family members who are crying "So what CAN I eat?", please share this article with them.  Together, we just might make a difference to someone's health.  What a rad thing to do :)

Much love,
